Steel round bilged hull. The cockpit, the superstructure and the hull have been painted white (AWL Grip) and provided with a dark blue (AWL Grip) water line.The rubbing strake on the hull has been provided with a stainless steel protection strip. The teak toe rail, the teak grating on the cockpit floor and the teak on the cockpit seats have been sanded in 2016 and the teak on the cockpit seats have been re-caulked. The fixed teak cockpit table, the folding teak table tops and both mahogany entrance doors have been sanded in 2016 and re-varnished. 8x Stainless steel dorade (3x on the deck house with a stainless steel protection bracket, 4x on the superstructure with a stainless steel protection bracket and 1x on the bow). The centre window on the front side of the deck house is provided with a Sea View Clear Screen and both windows beside it are provided with a wiper. The cockpit lockers and the anchor locker have been painted in 2016. Steel bowsprit with a stainless steel water stay, a folding stainless steel bow ladder (hanging under the bowsprit) and covered up with solid teak. 4x Double stainless steel clamp (2x on the bow and 2x on the stern) and 2x aluminium clamp amidships. The underwater ship has been sandblasted in 2016 and provided with a primer and 2x layer of red antifouling. This Puffin 50 has been built in 2003 and the vessel has been completely refitted in 2016.
